Tier 2 – Community Engagement Specialists
At the T2 level guards expand their training in areas such as mental health awareness, conflict de-escalation, and responsive customer service. These professionals act as liaisons between businesses, residents, and law enforcement, creating meaningful relationships that elevate the safety culture in every area they serve.
Tier 3 – Community Response Leaders
Our T3 Guards are senior-level personnel trained in leadership, situational resolution, and crisis support. They supervise junior guards, manage complex community concerns, and ensure service quality across all touchpoints. T3s are often embedded in long-term contracts where both community trust and professional judgment are paramount.
Tier 1 – Community Safety Agents
T1 Guards are entry-level professionals trained in public engagement, visual deterrence, and fundamental safety protocols. They conduct foot patrols, assist with access control, and provide daily reports—all while learning the interpersonal skills vital to this role.
