Leslie Joyce is a highly knowledgeable professional specializing in the psychology side of security, with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology from Nipissing University. Her academic focus on Criminal Psychology has been instrumental in shaping her career, allowing her to integrate this specialization into Wolfpack Protective Services by developing and delivering targeted training programs that enhance the effectiveness and professionalism of security personnel.
In 2012, Leslie’s expertise in criminal psychology was recognized on a global scale when she became one of only two students worldwide invited to the prestigious "Violent Criminal Behaviour Analysis" course, offered annually by Academy Group Inc., an elite organization comprised of retired FBI agents. This exclusive opportunity provided Leslie with an in-depth understanding of violent criminal behavior, earning her a certificate upon successful completion of the course.
Leslie’s extensive knowledge of mental health and addiction crises plays a critical role in the company’s operational success. She has developed specialized training programs covering crucial topics such as Mental Health Awareness, Company Policy and Procedures, the Incident Management System (IMS), and Report Writing. These programs equip Wolfpack Protective Services personnel with the skills, awareness, and confidence needed to navigate complex real-world security challenges with professionalism and empathy.
