These elite professionals are hand-selected and rigorously trained to manage dynamic, high-risk situations with skill, confidence, and precision. Whether it's crisis mitigation, managing resistant behaviour, or enforcing criminal code violations, our Tactical Guard team is built for the most challenging environments.
Tier 1 – Tactical Foundations
Our T1 Tactical Guards are newly introduced to the program, having completed core tactical training focused on situational awareness, communication, and foundational use-of-force principles. T1 Guards support operations while shadowing advanced team members, ensuring safe, supervised development.
Tier 2 – Tactical Operators
At the T2 level, Tactical Guards have demonstrated consistent proficiency and have completed intermediate-level training, including real-time crisis response, mental health awareness, advanced de-escalation, and criminal code application. These guards are deployment-ready and take an active role in frontline operations.
Tier 3 – Advanced Tactical Response
T3 Tactical Guards are our most experienced and highly trained personnel. They lead high-risk deployments, manage resistant persons with advanced tools and tactics (including baton training), and operate in leadership capacities during complex security incidents. Their presence is a visible deterrent and a critical asset to any high-threat environment.
