Justin is widely recognized for his expertise in retail crime prevention and workplace investigations, fields where his deep knowledge and hands-on approach have consistently delivered exceptional results.
As the founder and driving force behind Wolfpack Protective Services, Justin has built the company from the ground up into a trusted leader in the security and investigations industry. Justin’s passion for education and professional development extends beyond his business. He spent two years as a professor at Cambrian College, where he taught in the justice program, focusing on security management and investigations. A graduate of the Police Foundations program, Justin’s academic and professional credentials are exemplary. He holds instructor-level certifications in de-escalation, criminal code applications, effective communication, situational awareness, violent pre-attack indicators, and the management of resistant behavior.
